Mother's Day Gift Guide: Flowers from Flowerspot.com Giveaway (CLOSED)

I am a huge fan of tulips.  They are simple, beautiful, and make me feel happy. I ordered a boutique of tulips from Flowerspot.com a week ago and have them right in front of my computer to help calm me when motherhood gets chaotic (which is frequently in my house).  In the past week I have taken so many pictures of them that you can find tulips as my background on my computer and cellphone.

Here is the information about the Tulip Time Spring Assortment I received from Flowerspot.com:

Overflowing with springtime beauty, the Tulip Time Spring Assortment - 30 Stems bouquet is a fresh and generous way to express your affection and love.

30 stems of pastel tulips picked from pink, peach, yellow, lavender, and white combine for a gorgeous presentation that will cheer and inspire. Whether it's a Get Well gift or a birthday celebration, these beautiful, farm fresh flowers can't help but create smile after smile.

This special tulip floral arrangement is available for quick delivery, and comes with a FREE 8-inch green glass vase. Spring into action and fill their home with the exquisite enjoyment of our Tulip Time Spring Assortment - 30 Stems bouquet.
Free 8" green glass vase included
All of our flowers arrive as buds and bloom to full maturity (as shown) over 3-7 days.

The flowers were delivered via FedEx to my home and unfortunately there was no one home the day they were delivered.  It was nearly 90 degrees outside and I was really surprised to find the flowers were in great condition.  Granted, they were a tad wilted, but within 30 minutes looked like great.

I have ordered flowers from other online companies and the packaging of my flowers far outweighed other companies.  There was a damped netting around the flowers themselves to keep them moist.  The stems were fastened securely with a velcro strap.  The stems were wrapped in a special liquid wrapping to supply the flowers with ample water and the vase was wrapped tightly in bubble wrap in it's own separate compartment.

When sending your Mom flowers this year I highly recommend Flowerspot.com over any other online florist you might find on the internet.  The flowers are very reasonably priced and their Mother's Day selection range from $27.99 to $74.99.  You can even sign up for their mailing list and receive an additional 20% off your next order.
